Artist Statement

Inspired by the juxtaposition of the vibrant colors and earthy tones found in nature,
I am moved to create an experience,

in paint or wool fibers, that is simultaneously familiar yet strange.

Often inhabited by seemingly mythical abstract characters, each piece pushes the viewer to construct their own interpretation.
